I had laser hair removal (LHR) treatments at MedSpa and completed 6 sessions with Anu. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and results so far. My sideburns and coarse hair are now completely gone, which has made a noticeable difference.

Given my Indian skin type and hair texture, I understand I may need a few additional sessions to achieve optimal results, but I’m already very pleased with the progress. I received Radiesse injections from Una a few weeks ago, and I am very satisfied with my results. She is incredibly kind, professional, and caring. I was very nervous since this was my first time getting injections, but she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease.

At my initial appointment, she explained that the injections could potentially cause a negative reaction because I have had keloids develop from a surgery over a year ago. I appreciated her honesty and went to my primary care physician for clearance before returning. I was truly impressed by her professionalism and the fact that she chose not to proceed until she was confident it was safe for me. Came in for dysport and they did not disappoint! I have been getting Dysport for 9 years and this is the fastest it has ever kicked in. I am 36 hours out and my lines in my forehead are already softened. The nurse was very gentle and let me ice before injection. I have zero bruising and I almost always bruise in the crows feet area. Medspa California was such a pleasant experience. I called in to see if there was any availability and even though they were pretty booked they accommodated my sister and I. The receptionist Emily was even so kind and worked around my schedule. Once we got to the facility, Emily was so delightful and friendly that even my 14 month old nephew thought she was a family member. Once we got the process going, Anu was so welcoming and informative. This is my second time receiving Botox and Anu gave me so much information I never knew. She kindly even went over what to expect the next few weeks which my previous experience did not. I appreciated that Anu gave me a play by play and informed me what areas she was applying botox and how much in each area. I know this seems customary, but the entire time she was very engaging and cordial. I would however would have liked before photos taken of my sister and I so we could see the change. I absolutely LOVE Medspa and specifically Anu. I've been coming for the past year to try botox, lip fillers, and laser rejuvenation. Anu is always very thorough in explaining or answering questions, as well as in the treatments themselves. I've been going to this location for about a year now and every time, it a great experience. First off, Anu is amazingly precise and efficient. Her skill with the needle is unsurpassed. Secondly, she makes room for us 9-5ers by opening up one Saturday a month. This is so very helpful for me as I have a crazy work schedule and weekends ONLY to do anything for myself. I have gotten Botox a number of times and I'm always happy with my results. Never once have I looked frozen or had no expression. This is very important to me because I have an expressive face. I like making faces and having expressions, I just need some softening, which is exactly what Anu provides. I recently got my first syringe of lip filler and I'm thrilled with the results already! Anu Verma is a very skilled and intelligent professional. She is also very gracious and excellent at explaining all procedures in detail before proceeding. I especially enjoy the IPL treatments that she performs. Prior to beginning a laser treatment, Anu will hand me an applicator to numb my face with.
